The Sherpa Service Center has the following plans and programs for the preservation of their culture, religion, tradition and other welfare service of the society.

Study and undertake research of Sherpa language. Buddhism, Script, Literature, Philosophy, History and protect them |

To propagate the massage of Buddhism in the world troubled by tensions and wars. |

To preserve Sherpa culture and its immutable features when cultural mixture may blur its distinct features. |

To built an extra house including Underground Seminar hall, Library room. Study hall and programming for old peoples after 65 years for gathering and share their knowledge. |

To solve the meetings, marriage parties, postorbital rites, feasts providing the hall and the other facilities to difficult face persons. |

Search about the culture, life-styles and native costumes of the Sherpa people. |

Emphasize on the literacy of the Sherpa people to help and encourage for education. |

Organize programs in Sherpas society on Education, Health, Buddhism, Culture and other immoral works. |

To establish a preliminary health camp for the poor people. |
